This Shipping Policy is for Essential Demands LLC.

(CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $50 OR MORE, EXCLUDING TAXES)

For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Order Processing Because we take pride in the quality of our artisanal products, every single soap bar is hand-cut per order, hand-stamped, boxed, and shipped with care by our team. Please allow 2–3 business days after your payment has been processed (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be prepared. Once your order has been processed and your soap has been cut, your package will be securely sealed and handed over to the delivery carrier.

Note: Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times Once your package is handed to the carrier, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days.

Tracking and Confirmations

 A confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered during checkout immediately after your order is placed. As soon as your order has been packaged and handed to the delivery carrier, a second email will be sent to you containing your tracking information so you can follow your package right to your door.
